Stamp for Spouse of Stamp4 holder

Which stamp will the spouse (currently with Stamp 1G) of a Stamp 4 holder (who is moving from CSEP stamp1 to Stamp 4 after 2 years) get?
Do the spouse also get Stamp 4 or have to continue with stamp 1G ?

Continue with Stamp 1G or if not working, Stamp 3
