Moving Out - Before 12 months of CSEP

Post by SPKBhamidipati » Thu Jun 27, 2019 8:45 pm

Hi All,

I understand that one can't switch companies within Ireland before 12 months of CSEP. Can we move out of the country within 12 months or is that also not acceptable?

If temporarily and planning to continue with the same employer without any gap in salary, then it’s fine. (I.e. paid holiday for a month)

If you are moving permanently, it’s not a problem but if you want to come back, you have to start fresh.

Hi Balac_m,

Yes. I would like to know if I can move out of Ireland to different country permanently. Even if I had to come back, I am willing to start afresh. Is that possible as per laws?

Hi buddy
You can definitely move out for another country.

Inform INIS by email.

Also if moving just for less than 90 days it would still be counted for reckonable for naturalization

Regards
