Critical work permit movement inside Ireland

Post by susantap » Fri Feb 08, 2019 7:03 am

Hi
I have been working in Ireland with Critical work permit for a year now. My current project is getting over by end of Feb 2019. Meanwhile I have been approached for same employer another client project in different location.

I would like to confirm if any has come across this issues

Can I move to new client and new location and start working there for the same employer using the exsting visa/work permit?

Please let me know process and if any amend required on my existing work permit if any and duration for this changes on process.

I googled on the below DBEI site but no such information available.
https://dbei.gov.ie/en/What-We-Do/Workp ... nt-Permit/

Appreciate for your help on this.

Thanks
Susanta

If the salary is getting paid by the other company then you need to inform DBEI.
