I don't know why yours were sent to Dublin. Usually CSEP are approved in Delhi. I have my spouses visa application sent to Delhi on 11th April. It was sent to Dublin on 1st May. Haven't heard anything since. Mine is Stamp 4 though. Hopefully would come under next update on INIS website.

Nice to hear that .
Had one query.Did you apply for Join Family visa wherein you and your spouse both submitted the visa application forms together.or you are in Ireland and your spouse visa got processed from India.

Hi,

I am a researcher and got my stamp 4 recently. I will be getting married in November. Could you please anyone tell me if I can my would be 's name can be added to the the hosting agreement before the marriage? Does anyone came across a similar situation?
Does stamp 4 status helps for faster approval of spouse visa? In the spreadsheet, I can see that it is taking 2 to 3 months for the spouse visa for approval. I heard that for researchers it can take less time due to hosting agreement. Is this true?

Hi All,

I have a generic question regarding the Join spouse family visa application online form. My wife is in India and she has filled the form online.
In the application process online, there is a section named "Proposed dates you wish to enter and leave Ireland" , which contains the "from date" and the "to date". Now, I have Critical skills permit and it is valid till 10/03/2021. However, in my passport , I got the stamp 1 on 29/03/2019 (as per GNIB appointment) .

Accordingly, my wife has put the date as 29/03/2021 in the "to date" section in the Join spouse visa application form. My query in this regard is :

1) Will the "to date" be an issue while the join spouse visa is processed ?
2) If it needs to be changed, since now the application is already submitted, can she apply a fresh application again online ?
3) If she is applying for a fresh application, will it be better to mention the to date as 10/03/2021 or leave it as blank ?

You don't really need to fill the to date if you are getting D visa. But if you entered the time, that is ok. As you've just mentioned your WP end date, you don't need to change anything. Don't worry about it.

Hey guys, i have a query

i am getting married in December and stamp 1 of fiance is getting expired in feb 2020. so she is going to apply for stamp 4 before she comes to India. so if we apply for spouse visa in January, will it get processed under CSEP or stamp 4 ?

Thanks in advance

CSEP with Stamp1. Unless your fiance goes to Garda and changes the stamp to Stamp4, your fiance will be in Stamp1.
