He can. However, he needs to get the re-entry visa. I suggest him to get the multiple re-entry visa. They will give it until the expiry of the IRP Card. More info on http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/vi ... ntry-apply

FYI- my wife got her join spouse visa approved. I am on Stamp 4. We had applied on 2nd Jan 2019 through VFS kolkata (reached NDVI on 7th Jan 2019) and the approval was in INIS Dublin list published on 12th March, 2019. As of 13th March, the VFS tracking says that the processed application has been dispatched.
Hi,
In Visa Application what is the expected travel date you mentioned?

Hi Guys,

I have a complication here. My stamp 4 is expiring on 31 July and I have to travel India on 9th June.
After that I have to apply for spouse visa for my wife. So I have below 2 questions.

1) can I get my my stamp 4 renewed in May. So that I can travel in June?
2) If I don't get multi-entry in Ireland because of shortage of time then Can I apply for my entry visa from India along with spouse visa for my wife ?

If I apply spouse visa along with my entry visa, then will it accelerate the processing time of spouse visa or can it have any complication ?

What would be the best possible solution for this situation.

Thanks

If you check the Google sheet you will see visas are getting approved by 8 weeks approx

Application submitted on 11 Feb and 15 Feb have received their visa by 10 April and 11 April ( as per the Google sheet) .. try sending a mail to the embassy to check on your status .. hope that helps

Thank You for the response. i have indicated a travel date of 1st August in the application considering earlier 6 months visa processing timeline. Will that be cause for the delay now? If so, what i should do? Thanks

I have no idea about the travel date thing ..but I was under the impression that the application is processed as per the date received at the embassy 1st priority to employment, study and business visa and then spouse visa .. you can check the status by sending a mail ..
