Hi All..
Could some one help me.. I need a information to start limited company in Ireland..
Is any one on Stamp 4 first extension opened limited company and working as contractor in Ireland.. if so.. plz let me know..how we need to deal when we are going for 2nd extension.

You can start the business if you are doing contracting jobs. You don't need to register a limited company for it. But you can do that if you want. If you want to start a business, you can do it yourself on the website cro.ie. If you want to set up a limited company, it is better to contact an accountant and they can do the registration include VAT, Revenue, Employer registration etc..
If you are going to start just a business(self-employed), you need to declare your income in the year-end and pay the taxes. You can submit that to the GNIB as the proof of income during the renewal.
