Address change for child benefit

Post by rbk » Tue Nov 10, 2020 7:45 pm

Hi,
Can anyone suggest how to change the address given for child benefit.
If we change in mywelfare.ie, will it be enough?

You have to send an email to them on the address child.benefit@welfare.ie requesting the address updation. Make sure you included all the names, PPS numbers, Date of birth and new and old addresses and the date of the change. They will change it and reply to you.

I think either method should work. They confirm on the email also if you request the updation by email.
