That's the current package for the Artificial Intelligence / Machine language skills managers. The only downside I'm seeing here is the tax deductions. He will be spending around 58000 Euros on the income tax.
Taxes are incredibly high; I am hoping to qualify for SARP which should help a bit (thanks to one of the posters here who made me aware of this earlier).

Great! It’s more like anything over €75000 the tax will not apply to 30% over the limit. Taxes will still be paid to Ireland. Will update thread when I learn more.

For personal reasons, we decided not to make this move at the moment. However we will reconsider it for next year.
