Pramerica interview turnaround time

Post by ektubbe » Fri Apr 12, 2019 5:01 am

Hello all..

I appeared for Pramerica interview for senior specialist post in November 2018, found it exciting and appeared for 2 subsequent interviews(rounds) in December and January respectively. My problem is that its been more than 6 months for me by the time I appeared for my first interview. After every follow-up team comes back saying that they are waiting for approvals and I am still being considered. I am literally getting job-zoned. They took my interviews until March 13th, I believe a straight no or yes would have been really courteous. Did anyone else have the same experience with them? I am trying to get other opportunities too but I believe its hard to get a chance to get interviewed by an irish or for that reason companies outside India from India, that is why facing issues.

Thanks.

not specific to Pramerica but there could be headcount freeze or budget approval required. keep following up.

Hi,

If a company takes more than a week to get back to you, that’s not a good sign.

Pramerica itself is a pretty bad company to work for. The company is reputed to pay a low salary - I worked there myaefl and check out glassdoor. You will be in the middle of nowhere and learn some really unethical stuff which will do nothing for your marketability.

If you absolutely must move to Ireland, try companies in Dublin. You’ll have more options, and with luck, might end up in a decent place to work.

Best of luck,

Josh
