My letting Agent adviced me not to go buy house as there is possibility of Recession coming after Oct this year and it will badly hit property market.

It depends on how you see it.

If you are looking for a house to live and sell in long term there is no impact.

in short term due to Brexit issues there would be job losses / economic impact and demand for houses will go down.

It all depends on how much impact brexit will have

Yes, only if one brings the interest to Ireland.
