Hi,
My surname is blank in my passport but in GNIB/PPS they mentioned by middle name as surname as mandatory for them. Now i have to apply for citizenship and in application should i leave it blank or n/a ? Should i add some explanation too ? Anyone faced same problem?

Guys, please reply if you know something, i did not get anything from citizenship office or anywhere

I would advise to enter the details as per passport. You can leave the surname field blank in the the application form.
As per the application form instruction, it is clear that it should be as per the passport. Please refer instruction in the application form.
Below is the extract from application:
1.1 Write your current family name (known as your surname or lastname).
1.2 Write your first name and any middle names. These should be the same as on your passport.
And I do not think, you need to provide explanation for this.
