Hi, After clearing these basic registration exams, its comparatively easy to get an offer from HSE/Private hospitals to start working. But its not extremely difficult (unlike cracking MS seat in India) to clear these as Ireland itself suffers from shortage of doctors as a lot of their own local lads...

Ireland has too many pharma companies- UHG/NOVARTIS/DCC VITAL/JOHNSON etc. they offer lot of vacancies to the market -however most are not ready for any visa sponsorship. Dublin2 is an expensive place to live as it has some major embassies and corporate offices. So house rents are on higher side.
