Yes! Please apply for the appeal with the documents what you can gather on. Can you get any letter from the school for your kid? I still recommend to apply for the following reasons 1. It is free 2. The problem is, they will not allow the joining family visa until you complete one year in the work permit. They could refuse the application if you use the visit visa during that time. No need to mention UK I guess. The visa is BIVS already. So, that means, even if my wife doesn't get multi entry they can go visit UK multiple times from Ireland?
