I was remitting to my NRE India account from past 5 years, now i am planning to buy property, If i bring money back from my NRE india account to Bank of Ireland, Do i need to pay tax or show as Self Gift.

My Postal Date: 26th Feb 2019 Delivered on: 27Th Feb 2019 Waited for 6 weeks then sent email to citizenship dept(9 Apr 2019). they replied & acknowledged the receipts of application and said file is in process & will return passports and application ref. letter by post but didn't mentioned any timel...

You need to wait atleast 6 weeks as per official guidelines.
I applied on 1st Mar and still waiting for my passport

If CSWP holders wife is 5th pass and Gen Work Permit holder is PHD then? What a stupid rule

Hi, if someone help me in understanding, i am STAMP 4 holder and my wife is in STAMP 3, If i go to DJEI will they give my wife STAMP 1 or is it only for wives of those who are currently under CSWP.

If you check your GNIB stamps, on top left corner it always states if the stamp is stamp1, 4, 3 etc, You are only allowed to put GNIB stamps in Residence calculator(as calc. ask for type of stamp on every entry), The stamp we get during first time entry via immigration from dublin airport is a green...
