Yes. We can claim like that under aggregated tax relief. This is applicable when spouse is not in Ireland & is not having any income in the country that he/she is staying i.e. financially dependent on the person living in Ireland.

My join family visa got approved yesterday. I applied for my wife & kids on 16th Jan. Surprised that it got approved in 15 days. :D

Processing will slowdown during December, due to Christmas holidays. While there is no fixed timeline for the processing to be completed, it would be better to watch that link.
