1. Date of approval of work permit. Need to travel to ireland in 3 months from then.

2. Date of start of employment in Ireland.

To get to 20 months and apply for stamp 4 you should ideally start ASAP after work permit. approval of stamp 4 also takes up to 6 weeks sometimes

It depends on how you see it.

If you are looking for a house to live and sell in long term there is no impact.

in short term due to Brexit issues there would be job losses / economic impact and demand for houses will go down.

It all depends on how much impact brexit will have

Usually your authorised agent can get some info but probabbly you will receive it in a week. This is definitely a slow process.

Hi , I am looking to finding a rental accommodation for me and my family. I am interested in a 1 or 2 bhk furnished apartment with easy access to city centre. My office would be in DUB 4. travel upto 30-40 min is okay. I am a 31 year old man, who would be residing with his wife and 9 month old kid....

I am looking for an accommodation for next two months in Dublin city centre in an around Dublin 2, 4, 6 or 8. I would be working with Amazon at Ballsbridge.
