Yes. Amazon UK will deliver products to Ireland. However, certain products will not be delivered and you will be notified during the checkout if they cannot. I've ordered lots of products through it. It is depended upon the shipping method, some products even offer next day delivery.

No, The dependents of ICT permit employees have to obtain a work permit to work.

I applied on Jan 11 and got it approved on Apr second week(stamp 4). Might take 3 to 4 months. Not sure about the recent timelines as there might be significant student applications.

It is for the other categories. For the CSEP, it is 6 weeks. Since you are applying together, it will be 15 days to a month max.

Also, make sure to ask the company to proceed with the critical skills work permit and don't opt for intracompany transfer permit.

That's an excellent package. however, please note the salary you are getting after 43000 will be 40% flat rate taxed. You can find the Creche after moving here, based on the area you are going to stay in.
