That's a bit strange. You don't need the Irish PCC for Ireland visa. You only need it from Indian Police.

You have to submit three separate applications but you can submit it together. Book an appointment at the same time in VFS while applying on VFS site. They will process it together. You have to send an email to them on the address child.benefit@welfare.ie requesting the address updation. Make sure you included all the names, PPS numbers, Date of birth and new and old addresses and the date of the change. They will change it and reply to you.

I got the info from Revenue themselves. They want me to wait until I complete 4 years(tax compliant for at least 4 years)in Ireland. Let me check with them once again and update here

You have to get one more Stamp 4. Once you are in the state for 5 years, you can apply for citizenship. For a critical skill permit holder, the usual path is = Stamp1+Stamp1+Stamp4(2 years)+Stamp4(2 years)--> citizenship application(in sixth year)-->Irish passport

It is a great scheme. You can claim your tax for the last 4 years on this. You cannot avail this scheme now and can only avail this after completing 4 years.
